1. Where are franchises available?
We now offer Popcornopolis franchise opportunities in 38 states.
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California [Note 3], Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Franchises are currently not offered in the states of Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia or Wisconsin or to residents of these states.
2. What if my state is listed as one where franchises are not currently offered?
The Company is reviewing registration in additional states. Please email us to indicate your interest in a non-listed state and we will let you know when franchises are available. You can email us by clicking here.
3. Can I secure a territory or region?
You can franchise either individual or multiple Popcornopolis Store locations. By agreeing to franchise multiple Stores under the terms of a development agreement, you can secure rights to any given number of Stores in a geographic region.
4. Are there any existing Popcornopolis Stores for sale?
Yes, the company has company-owned Stores located in Northern and Southern California for sale. Click here to request more details about one or more of these company-owned Stores.
5. How do I receive a copy of the Popcornopolis Franchise Disclosure Document?

6. What sort of information is included in the Popcornopolis Franchise Disclosure Document?
The Franchise Disclosure Document (or “FDD”) includes information about the Popcornopolis system, the performance of our existing Popcornopolis Stores, the franchise territory, your initial investment, royalty fees, our training program, and other assistance and support we will provide you as a franchisee.
7. What are the financial requirements to become a Popcornopolis franchisee?
We require a net worth of $250,000 including $100,000 of liquid assets.
